1. What we collect

When you request a quote or book a job we collect what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the issue. If you call us, we may keep notes from the call.

2. How we use it

We use your details to schedule appointments, prepare quotes, pull permits where needed, invoice completed work, and follow up on your job. If you’ve asked for it, we’ll also send occasional service reminders — never spam.

3. What we share

We never sell your data. We share it only where the job requires it: with our field electricians, permit authorities, and the payment and scheduling tools we run the business on. Those providers only get what they need to do their part.

4. Cookies & analytics

This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. The analytics are aggregated — we look at trends, not individuals. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

5. How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as the workmanship guarantee and local regulations require — typically seven years for invoices and permit paperwork. Quote requests that don’t become jobs are deleted after 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it). One email to hello@voltix.co is all it takes.

7. Security

Your data lives in access-controlled systems and is only visible to the team members who need it. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our own systems.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services and website are aimed at adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
